All are welcome and safe here. I am a qualified Reiki Master and teacher, with a passion for connecting with the earth and our inner being. I believe in the transformative power of mind-body connection, self-love practices and energy healing to transform our lives and relationship to self.

In my work, I embody different roles —I’m an energy healer, spiritual mentor & writer, committed climate change activist and dedicated ecological steward. An aspect of my work uses my intuitive abilities to communicate with the energies of our Earth, landscapes, and the spirits that dwell within nature. This profound connection informs and enriches my multiple practices in sustainable living, allowing me to cultivate a deeper, more harmonious relationship with the natural world. My calling is to support both the individual and the planet, fostering a connection where the spiritual, emotional and physical well-being of people and the Earth are intertwined in perfect synergy.
